Royales can be exchanged for goods and services at participating Hilton hotels in the Middle East and associated outlets as stated and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Room nights and Royales are accumulated for each calendar year separately.

31 December is the cutoff date for room nights accumulation. 31 March of each year is the deadline for claiming rewards that have been accumulated in the previous year. Any claims after 31 March are not possible, and will lose their value and be considered null and void.

Cancellations and no-shows will not be recorded.

Only current, valid Royales may be used against partner rewards.

Hilton hotels in the Middle East reserve the right to amend or withdraw Royales. In this case, a reimbursement of the purchase price will be made to the holders of unused and unredeemed Royales.

Room nights counted by hotels in the Middle East are considered accurate and final.

Restaurant bookings and Conference Meetings will not be recorded.

The Club Royale loyalty program is exclusively for corporate bookers.

Royales will be awarded as per the category of room booked by the company. Complimentary upgrades do not apply.

Extension of validity for expired Royales does not apply.
